What it's all about
Muay Thai is called the 'Art of 8 Limbs' a striking martial art that uses punches, kicks, elbows and knees. It’s dynamic, exciting, and one of the best ways to build fitness and confidence. Whether your goal is fun, fitness, or fighting, Muay Thai challenges you in the best way possible.

Your first session
New to martial arts? No problem. Your first class includes a warm-up, padwork, bag drills, and basic striking skills, no sparring required. Wear comfortable gym clothing and bring a bottle of water. We have equipment you can borrow for your first class, and once you’re ready, we sell everything you’ll need to get started. We strongly recommend that if you have no previous martial arts experience, you start with our Beginners Muay Thai class. It’s designed to give you the fundamentals in a friendly, supportive setting before you join the main sessions.
Just turn up, listen, and enjoy.
