  • Can I pay with cash?
    No, we're sorry. We do not keep any cash on premises.
  • What do I need to bring to my first session?
    1. Bring some water. 2. Clean gym clothes (shorts, joggers, tshirt) We train barefeet so please make sure your feet are clean and your nails are trimmed. 3. If you are training Judo or BJJ Gi, you will need either a judo or Jiu Jitsu gi. If you do not have one then we can provide one for your first class but please let us know beforehand. 4. If you are striking then please bring and equipment you have; gloves, gumshield, shin guards etc. We can lend you equipment for you first session but please let us know beforehand. 5. A positive attitude. Our instructors are here to help you and will provide you with the best class they can so please listen and respect the coach and training partners.
  • What should I do when I arrive for my first session?
    Please note our entrance is to the rear of the building (walk behind cakebox). When you arrive inform our front desk that it is your first time and they will be happy to show you where to go. Please download the Glofox App and search 'NGMA' the receptionist will show you how to check in. If you have any medical issues noted on our waver or anything you think we should know, please inform us via message or let the receptionist know so we can help you train safely.
  • Where is the free parking?
    Free customer parking is located in Oakbank Road car park, just a 3 minute walk away. Press machine for a free 2 hour ticket and display in window or download the parking app. Free from 6pm and Sunday. PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING OR IN THE ROWING CLUB.
  • Do I need to book every class?
    Yes, all members must book their classes in advance using the Glofox App. This helps us manage safe numbers to train. It also helps coaches plan their sessions, get to know the members names and improve our services. PAYG members must also pay and book in advance using the Glofox App.
  • How do I book and pay for classes or memberships?
    1. Download the Glofox App Search for our club "NGMA" (fill in your details and upload a photo...this way the instructor will know who you are) ​ 2. Select your membership Our membership has no sign up fees and is just monthly rolling, so if your circumstances change unexpectedly you can just cancel! Alternatively you can 'pay as you go' just book and pay for your class upfront on the app. ​ 3. Book your class When you arrive at the club you must check in...simply scan the barcode in the app! Easy!
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    All memberships are monthly rolling. You are never tied into a lengthy contact. If you wish to cancel you must contact us stating your full name and the date you would like your membership to be cancelled. You MUST email at least 5 working days before the payment is due to be taken from your account. Refunds will not be given if you fail to cancel your payment with us by the above method.
