Your first session
New to martial arts? No problem. Your first class includes a warm-up, padwork, partner drills, and basic striking skills, no sparring required. Wear comfortable gym clothing and bring a bottle of water. We have equipment you can borrow for your first class, and once you’re ready, we sell everything you’ll need to get started. We strongly recommend that if you have no previous martial arts experience, you start with our Beginners Kickboxing class. It’s designed to give you the fundamentals in a friendly, supportive setting before you join the main sessions.
Just turn up, listen, and enjoy.
