Anneka

Anneka Bower brings her passion for Muay Thai to the Teen Muay Thai program at New Generation Martial Arts. Having traveled to Thailand to study the art in its homeland, Anneka emphasises traditional techniques while fostering a supportive and engaging environment for young martial artists.
In addition to her Muay Thai expertise, Anneka is actively building her MMA career, having secured a victory in her debut fight. She is also a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, adding depth to her knowledge of martial arts. Anneka’s dedication and energy inspire her students to develop confidence, discipline, and technical skill in their training.
