Our Classes
Friendly coaching, flexible timetable, zero pressure - start where you are. At New Generation Martial Arts (NGMA) Southampton, we offer a full range of martial arts classes for all levels, including Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), MMA, Wrestling, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, and our popular Beginners Academy. At NGMA, you’ll find a welcoming environment to build confidence, fitness, and real martial arts skill. Our beginner-only classes in BJJ, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, and Wrestling are designed for newcomers who want to learn at their own pace in a supportive setting. For experienced members, our intermediate and advanced sessions offer technical coaching, sparring opportunities, and competition preparation guided by expert instructors. Whether your goal is to get fitter, learn self-defence, gain confidence, or compete at the highest level, NGMA has a class for you - seven days a week, right here in Woolston, Southampton.

Our Location
​​Find NGMA - New Generation Martial Arts in Woolston on the edge of Southampton city centre, without the chaos. Our waterside gym overlooks the River Itchen and is a short walk from Woolston train station and the Woolston Link bus stop. If you’re driving, Oak Bank Car Park is just a few minutes away. We’re moments from the Itchen Bridge and close to Ocean Village, easy to reach before or after work.
