Our Kickboxing Syllabus is very much a modern approach on our Chinese Kickboxing roots, called "Freestyle" or "Sport Karate", we teach the basics of how to punch, kick, move and block - all at your own pace, no matter what your level of fitness is.
Whether you want to do it for the excellent fitness benefits, self defence or you want to be the next world champion, then come along! Contact sparring is not compulsory, but is available. Taught by Kickboxing World Champion, Alice Glasspool.

Boxing
Ever wanted to try boxing, but all you can find are sweat and sawdust gyms? Well come and try it in a clean and safe environment.
We will focus on fitness, conditioning, pad work, technical sparring, head movement and footwork. It's not only an excellent way to get fit, but also a fun and functional way to learn how to box.
On Monday's at 7pm we have an Olympic boxing coach take the class.
All abilities welcome - ages 16+
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 'BJJ' is a martial art, combat sport and self defence system.
It focuses on grappling, ground fighting and submissions in the form of joint locks and chokeholds.
BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defeat a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique and leverage to apply a submission.

Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds.
It is essential for those wanting to be a well rounded MMA or BJJ fighter, all abilities welcome.
